You will be based in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais reporting directly to Director for Business support.

The Position

We are looking for a manager to lead and inspire passionate colleagues in the Warehouse team to support automatization, process digitalization, innovation, people safety, reliable deliveries, and competence development activities across the organization. You will play a key role in Business Support at the site, where your department is responsible for warehouse and material handling, including day-to-day management, strategic direction, and execution together with your team. The department is responsible for all materials, from the docks, storage to the production lines and coordination with Supply Chain and Productions.

As a manager, you will have 3 skilled supervisors and 2 expert professionals in your team. Your task is to maintain a high level of engagement, commitment and creativity so that your team performs well and together to deliver the best possible support for production. With visible leadership, sparring and coaching you create an environment where everyone feels safe, is ready to challenge methods, systems, and processes and continuously make them better, smarter, and more efficient. You will also be responsible for:

Create connections and collaborate with new colleagues from other productive sites (all around the world) and other parts of the organization sharing experiences and bringing best practices.
Define a strategic plan for automation, innovation and efficient solutions
Develop the process of collaborative innovation within the organization and intralogistics 4.0 committee across sites.
Create an environment of trust, engagement and caring with your team, colleagues and factory stakeholders.
Being a trustful stakeholder, driving stable processes and creating value for the supply chain.

Qualifications

You must hold a degree or post-graduation related to business administration, logistics and/or engineering.
Experience with warehouse management and WHM systems.
A structured approach to your daily work and a strong lean mindset.
Strong people leadership track record and can set the direction for a team of highly skilled academics, experts and operators using a strong sense of empathy and a diplomatic approach delegating and empowering others to act.
Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare-related industry or other regulated industries is desirable and in automatization, process digitalization.
Experience with corporative innovation.
Experience in outsourcing or working with outsourced teams.
You have advanced or fluent English level and native Portuguese.

Business Support is responsible for Planning, Logistics, Legal & Compliance, Innovation & Strategy and Finance for MOC Site.
