Finance at Tractian
The Finance team leads financial planning, analysis and customer billing, as well as corporate development, which includes board communications, investor relations, and fundraising. We strive to be agents of change, rather than a reporting function. We’re integrated with the business units and partner closely with them to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive results. Additionally, through our corporate development efforts, we are deeply involved in long-term planning and major strategic decisions for the company.

What you'll do
As a Financial Fiscal Analyst, focused on fiscal activities and Balance, you'll be responsible for daily accounting activities, analysis, reconciliation, fiscal documents analysis, adequate documentation for internal and external needs.

Responsibilities
Prepare the registration & documentation of accounting facts, perform posting analysis as well as reconciliation of accounts and balances.

Collaborate to ensure that we are fully compliant with company policies and internal needs as well

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field

1+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience

Strong communication, team-working, quantitative and analytical skills

Excel proficiency

Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail

Comfortable interacting with internal senior level executives
