SÃO PAULO

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!

THE ROLE

You will support the Organization Development Team on a daily routine of learning and development. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about Employee Experience, Internal Communication and the best practices for a fast growing, global and diverse company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support to Learning and Development projects and logistics
Development of learning activities (language scholarship, courses, internship program, etc.)
Support and development for employee life cycle programs (recognition, cultural ambassador, etc)
Prepare and implement Onboarding for new employees
Support for termination surveys and KPIs
Internal communication development
Establish and/or organize policies to have a better effectiveness of the organization

WHO YOU ARE

You are a college student with at least 3 full semesters before graduation
You deal with data and are result-oriented
You are a team player that is eager to learn
You are committed, organized and detail oriented
You are fluent in English
You have Excel and Power Point skills
