Seu dia a dia como #GenteBoa :
- Primary point of contact to internal clients and key stakeholders managing projects, internal client needs and expectations while ensuring highest level of internal client satisfaction.
- Direct and motivate talent, leveraging global operations to drive effective project delivery, working proactively to resolve delivery-impacting issues, and following engagement specific and company led processes and procedures.
- Monitor and control project quality, operational compliance, costs and maintain project plans.
- Proactive data driven issue and risk identification and mitigation.
- Proactively communicate relevant information, and in particular any requests for changes to service delivery model/scope, to appropriate business owners & stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and the highest levels of internal clients’ satisfaction.

Para dar match com essa vaga, é importante que você tenha:

- Fit with Pearson culture.
- Strong background in Projects Management and agile methodologies.
- Strong experience leading successful operational delivery of medium to large multi-disciplinary teams within or for legal.
- Have clear, concise communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and creative thinking.
- Experience managing Legal Systems and Data, metrics and KPIs, legal/operational day to day demands tracking.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc) and PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc)
- Be able to work self-motivated, proactively, independently, and reliably on multiple projects under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Have a bias toward collaboration and responsiveness to change, feedback and new ideas.
- Have unparalleled organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
- Be able to distil complicated matters and communicate in plain language to a variety of audiences.
- Fluent listening, speaking and writing English.

Será bacana se você possuir também:
- Previous experience with Corporate Functions areas, like legal, finance, HR, etc.
- Strong understanding of data and technology related to contract lifecycle management and enterprise management systems.
- PMP Certification.
