You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis. You will define the requirements, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data.

How you will contribute

You will:

Define requirements for analysis in a given business area and perform detailed analysis and identify trends defined in the requirements
Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions
Perform root-cause analysis and interpret data
Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards
Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process
As the investigator on the data science team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools, and producing basic data visualizations and reporting dashboards

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL,R, Python, SAS software, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Google AdWords, statistical software

Develop key performance indicators and create visualizations of the data
Utilize business intelligence and analytics tool

What you need to know about this position:

You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis. You will define the requirements, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data.

You will work with the Sr. Assoc Principal Engr Portf, Budget & Data Capability to model data bases needed to collate large amount of information to enable the creation of dashboard reporting for the Global Packaging Organization across all strategic focus areas, including streamlining Budget data management.

Leverage computing modeling capabilities to integrate external and internal data to minimize manual data aggregation. Derive value from data through the application of methods such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, machine learning and data visualization.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Creating data files that can integrate many sources of information across different systems
Programming and design on dashboards that meet the reporting needs for Global Packaging
Create customized data base and dashboards for Power BI platform.
Connect all Packaging data across M&S, Sustainability and Portfolio data from Accolade
Design connectivity of financial data that can support forecast accuracy of our budget planning
Automate GR/PO tracking for the Packaging spend to eliminate the current manual process
Design, develop and deliver a scalable set of tools to unlock new insights, data exploration opportunities and analytics experience
Contribute to exploration and experimentation in data visualization
Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process
Education / Certifications:

Appropriate University Degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, data science, analytics, etc.
Job specific requirements:

Required advanced knowledge of BI tools like Power BI / Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, SQL, etc.
Candidates need to be proficient in English. Interview panel will be in English, therefore resumes should be provided in English.
