Quality Control Operations Assistant
We are looking for a Quality Control Operations Assistant to work on our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo!
Gympass Global Sales Operations team is looking for an Operations Assistant to help us in our mission of optimizing the Marketplace in Gympass, by providing technical support and analytical insights to our partners (Gyms, Personal trainers and Apps). You will help to identify and outline best practices in the definition of guidelines for our partners profiles, and guarantee that those guidelines are used. The team is made up of people from all over the world, also having a multicultural and linguistic interaction.
Definition and execution of a continuous improvement process on our marketplace;
Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the leadership team;
Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance;
Lead projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: Process improvement and standardization among different regions, optimal supply base analysis, analysis on special offers or campaigns;
Build and manage the CRM as well as other commercial tools to foster a more structured and efficient management of Gympass commercial activities.
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of work experience at a management consulting firm, trade marketing, technology company or comparable experience;
Proficient in English as you will be working across with international stakeholders, fluent in other European languages as Spanish, Italian or German will be a plus;
Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses;
Proactive: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
Curiosity: You are interested in learning new skills, and participating in new projects;
Excited about Gympass.
