Factory Audit Specialist

Factory Audit Specialist - Paulínia – SP
Location: Paulínia – SP
Purpose of the Function: It will be the focal point of the Internal/external audits at the Paulínia Factory, referring to the fulfillment of legal requirements of products registered with the bodies.
Main Responsibilities:
• Regular assessment of the company's situation regarding compliance with regulatory P&S requirements to ensure the sustainability of operations
• Monitor regulatory environment identifying trends guiding the company to the necessary adjustment to comply with applicable P&S regulatory requirements
• Represent the company before authorities on issues related to product integrity and other P&S regulatory requirements
• Ensuring coordinated actions between the various areas of the company aiming to focus and align the company in meeting the regulatory requirements of P&S Develop and maintain integrity in the electronic management and process control systems (ERP and its applications that have an impact on the integrity of the products) maintenance of the file with relevant documentation to comply with inspections by the related authorities.
• Conduct internal/external audits to assess Legal and Regulatory Compliance with Manufacturing for Agricultural Pesticides;
• Compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure the sustainability of operations
• Carry out actions between the various areas of the company aiming to focus and align the company in meeting regulatory P&S requirements
• Conduct training related to Regulatory Compliance;
• Manage audit KPIs and communicate all areas involved.

• Completed degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering and related areas
• Knowledge of production processes and chemicals.
• Essential knowledge of the production area (factory floor)
• Essential auditing knowledge
• Completed course and Lead Auditor certificate
• Intermediary English
• Knowledge in Spanish
• Experience and/or ability to develop, train and implement Compliance concepts
