Online Marketing - Paid Media Intern

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!

Performance Marketing team is looking for an intern to work with in-house media buying, strategy and measurement. You’ll work on a broad range of Paid Social Ads to reach goals of revenue and acquisition.

You will support the creation and optimization of Paid Social campaigns to achieve GTV growth against ROI and long-term profitability goals
Implement tests, collect and analyse data, identify insights to achieve profitable growth in Paid Social campaigns
You will work on cross channel sync projects for driving incremental GTV/Gross Profit
You will work with BI team on tech requirements and product features to collect data and use them in performance marketing.
You will learn and help on feed management, and any necessary tech and creative requirements
You will be the main point of contact between Performance Marketing and Branding teams to request briefings, follow up on deadlines and approve creatives for all paid media channels
Update reports and provide analysis around Return on investment, campaign performance and website traffic to improve all campaigns
Manage Paid Media costs among all vendors, and guarantee full alignment with finance and procurement teams with regards to payments and contracts

You’re studying a Marketing, Business or Engineering degree.
Demonstrate a strong interest to learn performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other)
Data driven and decision making
You are interested in having an experience in a dynamic commercial context with an ability to analyse and draw insights from datasets
You are able to organize different activities in your day Have attention to detail
You speak fluent Portuguese and advanced English
Intermediate Excel skills (tabela dinâmica, se, procv)
