In this position you will have the chance of work with cross-functional teams leading and executing S&OP process for Commercial Area, comprehending channel needs and how we interact with General Medicines and others company areas.


Responsible for leading and executing the Sell In Forecast Process for Commercial inside of S&OP process
Responsible for establishing governance, clarity in the roles and responsibilities of the areas, forecast review process with the areas of Commercial Planning, Marketing, Sales, Supply Planning and Finance
Support analysis of forecast accuracy and implement Sell In forecasting process to win agility in daily base
Perform robust analysis that provide understanding of Commercial performance
Understand company main KPI’s and how Commercial department impact each of them
Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market
Comply with and promote Sanofi's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the objective of preventing the occurrence of accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing the environmental impacts resulting from the execution of activities from work

Your Experience: to be successful in this position, we need candidates with the following requirements.

Formation: University Degree in Administration, Economy, Engineering and related areas.

Experience & knowledge: to be successful in this position will be necessary:

Professional with high analytical skills, able to create network, deal with a dynamic environment and ability to predict impact of decisions in different departments.
Consolidated experience in correlated areas such as Commercial Planning and/or Supply Chain
Fluent/Advanced English

Competences: Excel advanced and strong communication skills with all company levels is mandatory.

Agile Methodology, Power Query knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical company are a differential but not mandatory.
