Client Operations Analyst

São Paulo

We are looking for a Client Operations Analyst to join our Strategy Team in São Paulo!

Our mission is to improve the operational routine of our customers making our processes scalable and standardized, in addition to seeking to be the reference area within Gympass, ensuring quality in execution always in partnership with other internal teams.
The objective of the Client Operations LatAm team is to ensure the efficiency, quality and correct execution of HR client processes, aligned with the commercial and financial team.
As part of the team, you must interact with our external customers, supporting analysis of employee eligible base processing, reviewing company revenues, supporting sales teams in established processes and working to ensure that operational alignments are followed.


KPI analysis;
Negotiation with internal stakeholder;
Reports development;
Give support related to operational processes and rules to our commercial teams;
Continuously analyze the area performance, identify gaps/issues, structure data-driven and process findings to create action plans.


Advanced English;
Complete higher education;
Advanced knowledge in Excel;
Experience/knowledge in Salesforce is a plus;
Experience/knowledge in Metabase is a plus;
Previous experience with data query (SQL);
Focus on result mentality;
Strong sense of ownership, accountability and proactivity;
Analytical and commercial mindset to process information and translate into sustainable solutions for the business.
